Andrea is a yoga teacher and photographer based in Plymouth, MA. Yoga arrived in her life like a quiet invitation, the kind that shows up at exactly the right moment, and unfolded into a lifelong practice of presence, curiosity, and connection. Whether she’s guiding movement or creating art, her intention is simple: to help you feel fully present, deeply connected, and alive in your body.

Her classes blend movement, stillness, somatics, and subtle energy work into playful and intuitive practices. With over a decade of experience, she creates spaces to explore, soften, strengthen, and breathe — guided always by what feels real and relevant.

Andrea’s teaching isn’t about perfection or performance. It’s about remembering yourself — grounding, glowing, and feeling good in your body, in whatever way “good” exists for you today.

She teaches weekly classes across the South Shore, leads workshops and pop-up events throughout New England, and shares reflections on movement, magic, and mindful living on Substack.

MY APPROACH

I believe movement is medicine — not punishment. Your body is wise. Your breath is powerful. Your practice should feel like an exhale, not a performance.
