For me, yoga arrived like a quiet invitation—something that showed up at just the right time and unfolded into a lifelong practice of presence, curiosity, and connection. As both teacher and forever student (yes, "By teaching, we learn" is still tattooed on my foot), I’m continually inspired by the ways yoga meets us exactly where we are. My classes are less about striving and more about softening—into your body, your breath, and the rhythms that shape your days.
Each offering is guided by what feels real and relevant: sometimes that’s alignment and mobility, sometimes it’s energy and intention, and often, it’s both. Whether we're syncing up with the seasons or moving through lunar-inspired flow, this practice is a way to ground, glow, and grow—together.
